Job Title: QuickSight Developer / Engineer (Offshore) - Tableau Migration BI Enablement
Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Amazon QuickSight Developer/Engineer to support the migration of enterprise reporting from Tableau to Amazon QuickSight (Quick Suite).
This role focuses on:
- Recreating and enhancing Tableau dashboards in QuickSight
- Ensing functional parity and performance optimization
- Enabling business users to adopt QuickSight for self-service analytics
The engineer will work closely with business and data teams to translate existing reports, optimize datasets, and enable users to fully leverage QuickSight capabilities.
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in BI / Analytics / Data Visualization
- Strong hands-on experience with Amazon QuickSight
- Experience working with Tableau (migration experience preferred)
- Strong SQL and data modeling skills
- Experience with AWS data services:
- Athena
- Redshift
- S3
- Glue
- Experience enabling self-service analytics for business users
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience migrating Tableau QuickSight at scale
- Experience building reusable dashboards and dataset frameworks
- Strong understanding of visualization best practices
- Experience working in offshore delivery models
- Exposure to other BI tools (Power BI, Looker)
