SENIOR TECHNICAL LEAD - .Net Core

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced .NET Azure Technical Lead with strong expertise in .NET technologies, Azure cloud services, microservices architecture, and modern software development practices. The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical expertise, proven team leadership capabilities, and strong stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using .NET technologies and Microsoft Azure.
• Architect and develop RESTful Web APIs and microservices-based solutions.
• Design, develop, and optimize database solutions using Microsoft SQL Server.
• Leverage Azure services to build cloud-native and event-driven applications.
• Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Git.
• Drive code quality, performance optimization, security, and adherence to engineering best practices.
• Lead and mentor a team of 5–15 developers, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Implement DevSecOps practices and ensure compliance with security standards.

Technical Skills – Mandatory

• Strong experience with .NET Core / .NET Framework and C#.
• Hands-on experience developing Web APIs and RESTful services.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and design principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, including database design and query optimization.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure services:
  • Azure App Services
  • Azure Functions
  • Azure Storage
  • Azure Service Bus
  • Azure Key Vault
  • Azure DevOps
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and version control practices.

Front-End Skills – Preferred

• Experience with React.
• Knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.

Leadership & Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and mentoring teams of 5–15 developers.
• Strong stakeholder management, client communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience building and deploying Azure cloud-native solutions.
• Understanding of event-driven architecture and messaging patterns.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and secure software development.
• Microsoft Azure certifications are an added advantage.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
