Role & responsibilities

Technical Operations

• Oversee daily operations of UPS, DG, HVAC, electrical, plumbing & engineering systems.
• Manage laboratory facilities ensuring safety, environmental, and calibration compliance.
• Prepare and execute annual PPM schedules as per OEM standards.
• Monitor HVAC performance, IAQ, temperature & humidity compliance.
• Manage UPS load, DG performance, fuel consumption & energy efficiency.
• Administer AMCs and assess vendor performance.
• Own PM master plan, statutory/authority inspections, OEM AMCs and spares strategy; maintain drawings/O&M and asset master.
• Run daily operations control room/BMS oversight; review alarms, work orders, energy use and shift handovers
