Senior Technical Designer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced interior designer with strong hands-on experience in Autodesk or Revit and proven experience delivering luxury, high-rise and large-scale interior projects across residential, hospitality and mixed-use developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed interior design models and drawings using Autodesk Revit.
• Prepare floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, sections, details and interior documentation.
• Create and manage accurate Revit-based interior models from design development through construction documentation.
• Work on luxury and high-end projects across residential, hospitality and mixed-use sectors.
• Coordinate interior designs with architectural, structural and MEP disciplines.
• Prepare material, finishes, furniture and interior detailing schedule
• Support design development, technical documentation and project delivery.

Required Project Experience

Candidates should have experience in one or more of the following:

• Residential Projects
• High-Rise Residential Towers
• Hospitality Projects: Hotels, Resorts & Serviced Apartments
• High-Rise Luxury Developments

Mandatory Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in Autodesk or Revit mandatory.
• Proven experience in interior design and interior BIM modelling.
• Exposure to residential and/or hospitality projects is required.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit.
