Senior Technical Designer (Interior Design)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced interior designer with extensive hands-on expertise in Autodesk Revit and Tekla. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering luxury, high-rise, and large-scale interior projects across the residential, hospitality, and mixed-use sectors, with significant experience in international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed interior design models and drawings using Autodesk Revit.
• Prepare floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, sections, details, and interior documentation.
• Create and manage accurate Revit-based interior models from design development through construction documentation.
• Work on luxury and high-end projects across residential, hospitality, and mixed-use sectors.
• Coordinate interior designs with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Prepare material, finishes, furniture, and interior detailing schedules.
• Support design development, technical documentation, and project delivery.

Required Project Experience

Candidates should have experience in one or more of the following:

• Residential Projects
• High-Rise Residential Towers
• Luxury Apartments & Villas
• Hospitality Projects – Hotels, Resorts & Serviced Apartments
• High-Rise Luxury Developments

Mandatory Requirements

• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Strong hands-on experience in Autodesk Revit – mandatory.
• Proven experience in interior design and interior BIM modelling.
• Experience working on luxury / high-rise projects.
• Exposure to residential and/or hospitality projects is required.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit.
• International work experience – mandatory. Candidates must have prior professional experience working on projects outside their home country, preferably within the Middle East/GCC region
