About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Consultant with 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow to support a client engagement in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and the ServiceNow Platform, with particular strength in CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, HAM, and SAM.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and Platform.
• Work extensively on CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management implementations.
• Configure and maintain HAM and SAM capabilities.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow technical solutions.
• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows/flows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations.
• Develop and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration mechanisms.
• Troubleshoot complex ServiceNow technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices, coding standards, security, and performance guidelines.
• Collaborate with architects, functional consultants, developers, and client stakeholders.
• Participate in technical discussions, requirement workshops, solution design, testing, deployment, and knowledge transfer.

Mandatory Skills

• 5+ years of overall ServiceNow experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and ServiceNow Platform.
• Strong expertise in:
• CMDB / CSDM
• Discovery
• Service Mapping
• Event Management
• HAM
• SAM
• Strong ServiceNow scripting knowledge, including JavaScript.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations and APIs.
• Good understanding of ServiceNow architecture and platform capabilities.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical deliverables.
