Senior Technical Architect - ServiceNow (SDA)

• Design scalable end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, Service Portal, and custom applications.
• Translate business requirements into technical architecture, workflows, integrations, and configurations.
• Lead ServiceNow development teams and ensure adherence to coding, architecture, and governance best practices.
• Design and implement integrations using REST, SOAP, APIs, and web services.
• Drive automation, performance optimization, security, and platform scalability.
• Provide technical guidance, documentation, training, and stakeholder communication.
• Stay current with ServiceNow capabilities and recommend innovative solutions.

Required Skills:

• Strong ServiceNow architecture and implementation experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, REST/SOAP APIs, integrations, and ServiceNow configurations.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and enterprise solution design.
• Strong communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
