Senior Team Manager - IT Testing

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of quality assurance engineers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Develop and implement effective testing strategies, test plans, and test cases for ETL processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects in software applications.
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the QA process.

Job Requirements :

• 10-20 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
• Strong knowledge of ISTQB certification or equivalent experience in Quality Assurance.
• Experience in managing teams and leading projects related to automation, ETL, and quality assurance.
