Senior Team Lead - Flexible OLEDs

Role & responsibilities :

• Lead a program for the development of flexible OLEDs and OLEDs for various commercial applications
• Initiate and manage a program on organic photodetectors and touch-sensitive OLEDs
• Manage product development and OLED technology transfer to industry
• Actively interact with industrial partners from ideation stage through project definition
• Track technology trends and propose innovative applications based on market demand
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams (electronics, printing, inks) in developing materials, processes and prototypes
• Define the OLED technology roadmap and long-term strategy toward OLED commercialisation and production
• Drive related technology development needed to realize a complete, cost-effective product for defined applications

Preferred candidate profile

• M.Tech/M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering/Materials Science & Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Physics + 10 years relevant experience
• OLED work experience, specifically designing and processing OLEDs on rigid and flexible platforms, technology development for commercial applications, and industry interaction
• Experience leading industry projects, collaborations and product development
• Experience in thin film deposition and automated PVD cluster tools for OLED device fabrication
