Senior Tax Executive

Candidate Profile Required

We are looking for a Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant or M.Com graduate with strong hands-on experience in Direct and Indirect Taxation compliances. The role is execution-focused with direct client coordination — the candidate will independently own compliance workstreams and be the first point of contact with clients for data and documentation, while reporting into the Tax Manager. Candidates from CA Firms, Professional Services Firms, Consulting Firms, or Tax Advisory Firms will be preferred.

• Manage TDS returns, GST returns, and other tax-related compliances for the company.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of tax reports to relevant authorities.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth execution of tasks related to taxation.
• Analyze MIS reports to identify areas for improvement in tax planning.

Job Requirements :

• 2-6 years of experience in accounting or finance industry.
• Proficiency in Excel sheets, Tally ERP, and MS Office (Word & PowerPoint).
• Strong understanding of TDS filing, GST filing, and mis reporting requirements.
• Excellent team handling skills with ability to work independently.

• Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA Inter cleared) or M.Com (Master of Commerce).
• Working knowledge of GST, TDS and Income Tax compliances.
• Hands-on filing experience on the Income Tax, GST and TRACES portals.
• Ability to coordinate with clients independently and follow up on data.
• Tally Prime.
• Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, reconciliations).
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Background

• Experience in CA Firms, Professional Services Firms, Consulting Firms or Tax Advisory Firms.
• Completed articleship with a CA firm
• Immediate Joiners preferred.
