Job Summary
The opportunity: Senior Consultant-National-TAX-TAX - ITTS - Advisory - Mumbai
Responsibilities Technical Excellence - Strong technical understanding of M&A tax advisory, including tax due diligence, transaction structuring, and deal support.
- Ability to analyze complex tax implications across mergers, acquisitions, and related corporate restructuring activities.
- Working knowledge of indirect and direct tax concepts relevant to transaction advisory engagements.
- Experience in preparing tax reviews, identifying key tax risks, and supporting documentation for client deliverables.
- Exposure to broader tax advisory work with the ability to apply core tax principles in fast-paced consulting environments.
