Senior Tax Accountant

Responsibilities

• Optimize the tax position and identify tax opportunities
• Plan/strategize to minimize regional effective tax rate
• Collaborate with Global Tax to minimize overall company effective tax rate
• Prepare federal, state, and jurisdictional returns accurately and timely
• Assist Director or Finance with the external review process with outside consultants
• Prepare annual updates to transfer pricing agreements

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in accounting, finance or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Prior tax experience
• Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Excellent problem solving skills - anticipating, initiating and resolving issues
• Demonstrated ability to work with diverse, remotely-located, and cross-functional teams
