Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong sourcing and recruitment expertise in the semiconductor or high-tech industry. The candidate should have hands-on experience supporting the Americas region, building talent pipelines, and partnering with recruiters and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple requisitions and prioritize sourcing activities to ensure timely delivery.
• Develop sourcing strategies in partnership with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, job portals, social media, and alternative channels.
• Build proactive talent pipelines and develop effective candidate outreach messages.
• Conduct candidate screening and provide a positive candidate experience.
• Participate in intake calls, stakeholder meetings, weekly reviews, and candidate debriefs.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and track interview pipelines and selection ratios.
• Share market intelligence and competitor insights with stakeholders.
• Support diversity hiring initiatives and recruitment events.
• Prepare recruitment reports using MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Required Skills

• 38 years of Talent Acquisition or Talent Sourcing experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of recent hands-on Americas-region recruitment experience.
• Semiconductor industry recruitment experience.
• Strong sourcing, talent mapping, and candidate engagement skills.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and job portals.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Work Schedule: Bangalore office, 5 days a week, 2:00 PM–11:00 PM IST.
