Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Manage end-to-end recruitment for Metals & Mining projects across African countries.

• Understand project manpower requirements, job specifications, mobilization schedules, and hiring priorities.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, recruitment databases, professional networks, referrals, and other channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical mining and project roles.
• Screen candidates against technical, functional, experience, and project-specific requirements.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate technical/management interviews with stakeholders.
• Handle recruitment for positions across areas such as:
• Mining & Mine Operations
• Geology & Exploration
• Metallurgy & Mineral Processing
• Engineering
• Project Management
• Construction & Commissioning
• HSE
• Maintenance
• Procurement & Supply Chain
• Finance, HR, Administration and other project support functions
