Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter with strong exposure to SAP hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring SAP professionals across various SAP modules and technologies. The recruiter should have a strong understanding of the SAP ecosystem, recruitment strategies, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for SAP positions across modules such as:
• SAP S/4HANA
• SAP FICO
• SAP MM
• SAP SD
• SAP PP/QM
• SAP ABAP
• SAP BASIS
• SAP SuccessFactors
• SAP BTP, CPI, Ariba, EWM, TM, BW/4HANA
• Understand hiring requirements from business stakeholders and hiring managers.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking channels.
• Screen and evaluate candidates for technical and functional SAP skills.
• Coordinate interviews and drive the offer management process.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.
• Build and maintain a strong SAP talent pipeline.
• Ensure adherence to recruitment SLAs and hiring quality standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment with at least 2 years focused on SAP hiring.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules, implementation, rollout, migration, and support projects.
• Experience hiring SAP Consultants, Lead Consultants, Architects, Project Managers, and SAP Developers.
• Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other job portals.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience hiring for SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.
• Exposure to global hiring and contractual staffing is an added advantage.
