Sourcing top talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, portals, referrals & more
Driving interviews, offer negotiations, and candidate experience
Acting as a trusted advisor with market insights & hiring dashboards
Building strong talent pipelines and championing employer branding
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's/Master's degree
8+ years in recruitment, ideally within Automotive, Embedded Systems, or ADAS
Proven sourcing & full-cycle recruitment expertise
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
Ability to juggle multiple roles without compromising quality
Comfortable with ATS platforms & recruitment analytics
