Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles within the organization.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fitment against job requirements and organizational culture.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance on interview processes.

Job Requirements :

• 4-8 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition role.
• Strong understanding of IT services & consulting industry trends and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients (hiring managers) and internal stakeholders.
