Role & responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment process for Tele Optometrist , Sales roles, Optometrist & Store managers. Will be responsible for fulfilling hiring requirement for West region Sourcing, screening, and interview candidates effectively Maintain and update applicant tracking system.

Conduct Campus Drive, Walk-in drive Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs Travel when necessary (up to 40%) Ensure timely and quality hiring under pressure Strong stakeholder management to ensure hiring targets are met .

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate in any stream Minimum 3+ years of experience in Recruitment Proficient in English

Experience in Volume hiring Handling volume of at least 30+ joiners in a month Familiarity with online job hunting websites Effective negotiating skills Good knowledge of ATS and Excel.
