Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Talent Acquisition / Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end IT hiring across various technologies and business units. The ideal candidate should possess strong sourcing expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive closures in a fast-paced hiring environment.
Responsibilities - Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions across different technology stacks.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, Boolean/X-Ray searches, referrals, and networking channels.
- Screen and assess candidates based on technical and business requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Drive offer discussions, negotiations, and joining follow-ups.
- Work closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand hiring priorities and timelines.
- Build strong talent pipelines for ongoing and future requirements.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and ATS updates regularly.
- Provide market intelligence, salary trends, and hiring insights to stakeholders.
- 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies and hiring trends.
- Expertise in sourcing through Boolean search, LinkedIn, and passive talent channels.
- Strong communication, screening, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in offer negotiation and candidate engagement.
