Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist- Bulk Hiring

Experience:1–3 Years

Location: Mohali

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle bulk hiring for BPO/voice & non-voice processes.
• Source candidates through job portals, references, social media, and walk-ins.
• Screen candidates and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interviews, selection, offer, and joining.
• Maintain recruitment MIS and achieve hiring targets.
• Conduct walk-in drives and follow up with candidates.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Freshers can apply; BPO recruitment experience is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals.
