Senior Talent Acquisition Lead

• Experience handling 300 to 500+ employee organisations
• Strong expertise in TA Strategy
• Strong exposure to Senior & Leadership Hiring
• Experience leading and developing TA teams
• TA Operations, Governance, Metrics & Process Excellence
• Strong stakeholder & business partnering skills
• Experience driving TA Transformation, Automation & HR Technology
• Strong understanding of Employer Branding, Candidate Experience & Talent Market Trends
• Proven ability to build a high-performing, scalable TA function
