Senior Talent Acquisition Head

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead the Talent Acquisition team to identify, attract, and hire top IT professionals for various roles within the organization.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide guidance on interview processes, salary negotiations, and offer extensions.
• Analyze metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire to optimize recruitment operations.

Job Requirements :

• 19-24 years of experience in IT staffing or professional services industry.
• Proven track record in leading teams responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Strong understanding of P&L management principles with ability to manage budgets effectively.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across different levels within an organization.
