Senior Talent Acquisition Executive (Non IT - Retail Store Hiring)

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Talent Acquisition Executive to lead end- to-end hiring for our retail store operations across India. The role will primarily focus on hiring Style Associates, Senior Style Associates and Store Managers while ensuring quality, speed, and a seamless candidate experience.

The ideal candidate should have experience in high-volume retail recruitment and possess strong stakeholder management, sourcing, and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment

• Manage complete recruitment lifecycle for retail store positions.
• Handle hiring for Style Associates, Senior Style Associates, Store Managers, and other retail roles as assigned.
• Understand manpower requirements and align hiring plans accordingly.
• Ensure timely closure of assigned requisitions within defined TAT.

Candidate Sourcing

• Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, social media, consultants, walk-ins, campus drives, and local hiring initiatives.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct market mapping for retail talent across assigned regions.

Screening & Assessment

• Screen resumes based on role fit.
• Conduct telephonic and virtual interviews.
• Evaluate candidates on communication skills, retail experience, sales orientation, stability, salary expectations, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate assessment rounds wherever applicable.

Interview Coordination

• Schedule interviews with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
• Ensure smooth interview coordination and timely feedback collection.
• Maintain positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Offer Management

• Negotiate salary within approved budgets.
• Roll out offers and ensure complete documentation.
• Follow up with candidates until joining.
• Manage pre-joining engagement to minimize offer dropouts.

Stakeholder Management

• Partner closely with Regional Managers, Area Managers, HR Business Partners, and

Store Operations teams.

• Provide regular hiring updates and pipeline status.
• Advise stakeholders on market availability, compensation trends, and hiring challenges.

Recruitment Operations

• Maintain candidate data in ATS and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure accurate reporting of hiring metrics.
• Track recruitment KPIs including TAT, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio, and dropout trends.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and documentation.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Prior experience in retail, fashion, lifestyle, QSR, FMCG, or consumer-facing hiring is preferred.
• Experience in volume hiring for frontline retail roles.
• Exposure to ATS and job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
