Senior Talent Acquisition Executive @ Malad

• Role & responsibilities

1. End-to-End Recruitment

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer rollout and candidate joining.
• Understand manpower requirements from plant and corporate stakeholders.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to clarify job requirements, assess candidate suitability, and close positions within agreed timelines.

Bulk Hiring

• Manage high-volume hiring requirements while ensuring quality of hire and timely closures.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies to meet urgent manpower requirements.

Plant Hiring

• Handle recruitment for plant-level positions, including operational, technical, and support roles.
• Support walk-in interviews, recruitment drives, and other plant location-specific hiring initiatives.

Lateral Hiring & Sourcing

• Source candidates through multiple channels, including Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, consultants, and other recruitment platforms.
• Conduct initial HR screening and shortlist candidates based on job fit, experience, skills, and salary expectations.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of relevant candidates for current and future requirements.

Stakeholder Management

• Ensure regular follow-ups, interview feedback, and timely decision-making.
• Share recruitment updates and proactively highlight hiring challenges, delays, and closure plans.

Data Management & Reporting

• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, open-position reports, candidate databases, and recruitment MIS.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment and lateral hiring processes.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements, prioritise urgent positions, and work within defined hiring timelines.
