• Stakeholder Management: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a proven track record of managing and influencing delivery managers and senior business leaders.
• Execution Under Pressure: Outstanding organizational and time-management capabilities, with the resilience to thrive under tight deadlines and aggressive hiring timelines.
• Tech-Savvy Recruiting: Deep functional knowledge of modern recruitment tools, social sourcing strategies, and ATS workflows.

About the Role
We are seeking a sharp, highly articulate Senior Recruiter to drive end-to-end talent acquisition and champion stakeholder management within our fast-paced environment. In this role, you will act as a trusted talent advisor to Hiring Managers and interface seamlessly with internal Delivery Managers.

Operating as a pure Individual Contributor, you must possess an exceptional capability for headhunting passive, executive, and specialized talent. The ideal candidate brings a refined approach to navigating complex hiring landscapes, managing competing priorities under tight deadlines, and unlocking hard-to-find professionals across specialized sectors

.Key Responsibilities

• Drive End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete talent acquisition lifecycle for complex, fast-paced hiring verticals.
• Execute Executive Headhunting: Proactively source, map, and headhunt high-caliber, passive talent for highly specialized and critical business roles.
• Manage Stakeholders Sharply: Partner closely with hiring managers and delivery managers to deeply understand business needs, manage expectations, and act as a preferred advisory partner.
• Own Onboarding Operations: Spearhead and enable the end-to-end onboarding journey, ensuring seamless internal coordination and meticulous documentation management.
• Optimize Sourcing Channels: Leverage advanced sourcing techniques, job boards, social media networks, and employer branding initiatives to build robust talent pipelines.
• Maintain System Integrity: Manage candidate workflows, tracking, and data compliance seamlessly using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
