Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for senior leadership positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their talent acquisition needs and provide tailored solutions.
  
• Conduct executive searches for CXO-level positions across various industries such as BPO/Call Centre Operations.
  
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop effective recruitment strategies that align with business objectives.
  
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality hires that meet client expectations.
