Senior TA Partner (RPO) - NON IT

Role & responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT requirements in an RPO environment.
• Source, screen, and coordinate candidates across multiple hiring mandates.
• Manage stakeholder communication and ensure timely delivery against hiring targets.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring requirements.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and adherence to SLAs.
• 4-8 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment, with significant experience in an RPO setup.
• Strong expertise in hiring for Manufacturing, Corporate, and Sales roles.
• Experience in managing multiple clients and high-volume hiring.
• Proficiency in sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and SLA-driven delivery.
• Excellent negotiation and candidate engagement skills.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
