Senior Systems Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, implement, and maintain complex network infrastructure using Active Directory, cloud servers, group policies, and Windows Server.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to system administration and provide timely resolutions to ensure minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in IT processes and develop solutions to optimize efficiency.
• Develop documentation for system configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and best practices.

Job Requirements :

• 5-11 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
• Strong expertise in Active Directory, cloud server management (e.g., Azure), group policy configuration.
• Proficiency in system administration tasks such as patching, backups, monitoring performance metrics.
