Senior Systems Developer / Enterprise Collections Platform / Artiva

Role & responsibilities

• Support, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance Finvi/Artiva and related business applications
• Support and enhance custom-developed functionality within the Artiva RM InterSystems Cach environment
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, reports, and data processes
• Design and maintain integrations between internal systems and third-party vendors
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution of system-related problems
• Implement workflow automation, system upgrades, testing, and deployment activities
• Coordinate with vendors and integration partners to support interfaces and implementations
• Maintain technical documentation and ensure system stability, performance, and data integrity

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in collections, financial services, healthcare revenue cycle, or contact center environments
• Experience supporting customized enterprise systems and mission-critical production environments
• Familiarity with reporting, workflow automation, and batch processing
