About this role
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements functional specifications and user stories
- Design and execute test cases test scenarios and test scripts for Salesforce applications
- Perform Functional Regression Integration System and User Acceptance Testing UAT
- Validate Salesforce configurations customizations workflows approval processes and security settings
- Test Salesforce modules including Sales Cloud Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
- Conduct API and integration testing between Salesforce and third party applications
- Perform database validation and data migration testing
- Log track and manage defects through resolution
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning reviews and retrospectives
- Prepare test execution reports and provide quality metrics
