Senior System Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with expertise in CA-ESP/Workload Automation, Linux/Windows Administration, and troubleshooting via logs. The ideal candidate should have experience working with ServiceNow, mainframe navigation/TSO, and understanding of resiliency/HA/DR. This position requires 2 to 3 years of experience.

• Manage and maintain the mainframe CA-ESP batch infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot issues related to TSO - GCC->Cluster 1.
• Ensure high availability and disaster recovery of the system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.
• Develop and implement automation scripts using tools like ServiceNow.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.

• Strong knowledge of CA-ESP/Workload Automation and Linux/Windows Administration.
• Experience with troubleshooting via logs and ServiceNow.
• Understanding of resiliency/HA/DR concepts.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• BE degree from a recognized university.
• Educational requirement: BE.
