About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior System Engineer – Mechanical to support Mechanical Assembly, Integration, and Testing (AIT) activities for satellite programs. The candidate will be responsible for system-level mechanical integration, test planning, execution, anomaly resolution, and coordination with subsystem teams to ensure successful satellite qualification and launch readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical assembly, integration, and testing of satellite systems and subsystems.
• Develop and execute system-level integration procedures, validation plans, and verification activities.
• Support spacecraft structural, mechanical, and environmental qualification testing.
• Coordinate with subsystem teams including Structures, Thermal, Electrical, AOCS, Propulsion, and Payload teams.
• Review system requirements and ensure verification compliance.
• Troubleshoot anomalies during integration and test campaigns.
• Generate test reports, NCRs, anomaly reports, and compliance documentation.
• Support launch campaign activities and pre-launch readiness reviews.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, contamination control, and space industry standards.
• Review mechanical drawings, interface control documents (ICDs), assembly procedures, and integration plans.
