What You'll Do at Pega:
We expect engineers to apply critical thinking to all AI generated outputsvalidating accuracy, quality, and relevance before applying them in production environments. We view AI maturity as a spectrum, progressing from foundational adoption toward more strategic, advocacy driven integration, and you will play an active role in that journey.
Who You Are:
- Partner with our world leading clients to deliver high quality technical solutions across all phases of the software development lifecycle
- Utilize your outstanding technical consulting skills to demonstrate new and innovative ways to implement software solutions
- Mentor and train our clients in Pega technology
- Leveraging your Thought Leadership skills, youll engage, educate and enable your clientsresources on Industry and Pega Best Practices
- Collaborating with a high performing Pega delivery team you will ensure the solution meets or exceeds your clients expectations
- You demonstrate a strong Growth Mindsetembracing curiosity, continuous learning, and adaptability in a fast changing technology environment. You are comfortable speaking about AI with confidence and conviction, and you view AI as an enabler to improve outcomes rather than a substitute for sound engineering principles.
- You challenge assumptions, learn quickly from change, and apply critical thinking to validate outputs and make informed decisions. You bring a thoughtful, quality driven approach to your work and actively contribute to a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
What You've Accomplished:
You are a highly technical hands-on individual who is passionate about exploring and applying Pega technology to help solve business problems.
- Minimum 6 years of Pega experience andCSSA certification (Pega certified Senior System Architect)and experience in building and implementing model-driven, enterprise-level business solutions
- Excellent time management and organization skills, with the capability to manage multiple competing priorities
- Driving and configuring GenAI and Agentic AI capabilities
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate, partner and collaborate
- Willingness to go the extra mile
- Dedication to achieving outstanding customer results with a team-oriented drive and a demonstrated ability to lead by example
- Youve delivered solutions in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
