Title: Senior System Administrator

Experience: 3 - 6 Years

Location: Madurai

This role is for someone who can actually handle IT infrastructure not just monitor it.

What you’ll work on:

• On-Prem Server Setup & Administration
• Networking, DNS, DHCP, VLAN & VPN
• Firewall Configuration & Troubleshooting
• Active Directory & Group Policy
• Endpoint Management – Intune / MDM
• Azure & Microsoft 365 Administration
• Windows / Linux / macOS Administration & Troubleshooting
• Backup, DR, Patch Management & Security
• Virtualization – Hyper-V / Proxmox

What we specifically need:
Strong hands-on on-prem infrastructure experience
Real experience in firewall & network configuration
Hands-on Endpoint Management / Intune / MDM
Strong Server + AD/GPO knowledge
Ability to troubleshoot infrastructure issues independently
Comfortable supporting multiple offices and 400+ users

Not a fit if:
our experience is mainly L1/Desktop Support
You have only monitoring exposure
Firewall/networking is only theoretical
You have cloud experience but no on-prem infrastructure experience
