Responsibilities

• Counsel students regarding the project, programs available and job opportunities.
• Database calling and generating valid walk-ins.
• Scrutinizing and enrolling eligible candidates.
• To ensure maximum and effective utilization of the database provided.
• Maintain accurate and complete student records as required by company policy.
• Provide crisis intervention to students on difficult situations.
• Communicate with students' parents to ensure successful completion of the program.
• Assist with marketing activities to promote the project.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
• Representing the company during fairs and events.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and learning outcomes.
