Role Description The Senior Student Advisor (Overseas Education) is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode. The advisor will counsel students and families on suitable countries, universities, and programs, considering academic background, budget, and career goals. Daily responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions, reviewing academic documents, guiding students through application and admission procedures, and supporting them with visa and scholarship processes. The role involves maintaining accurate student records, coordinating with universities and partners, and providing timely updates and follow-ups to ensure a smooth experience. The advisor will also participate in seminars, workshops, and promotional activities, and collaborate with the team to improve counseling processes and resources.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Student Counseling and Education-related skills, with experience guiding learners on academic and career pathways.
• Candidates should possess excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to conduct effective counseling sessions and build trust with students and families.
• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, provide prompt support, and ensure a positive experience throughout the application journey.
• Relevant experience in overseas education consultancy, academic advising, or related fields is beneficial.
• A bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple student cases simultaneously are important.
• Proficiency in common office software and comfort working with online application and CRM systems are an advantage.
