Senior Structural Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Structural steel checking using Tekla Structures.
• Interpretation of design drawings and coordination between different trade drawings.
• Checking of Tekla models, including:
• Anchor bolts
• Main and miscellaneous member inputs
• Main and miscellaneous connections
• Identification of clashes in the model
• Fabrication and erection feasibility
• Tekla fabrication settings, templates, reports, and standard part modeling.
• Structural steel modeling using Tekla Structures.
• Working with new plugins to improve productivity.

Desired Profile:

• Well versed in AISC, NISD, SJI, OSHA, and other relevant standards for the steel fabrication industry.
• Knowledge of basic structural engineering concepts.
• Knowledge of structural engineering standards, including AISC, BS, and BIS.
