Senior Structural Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform conceptual, basic, and detailed engineering design of steel structures.
• Design and analyze industrial steel structures, including:
• Pipe Racks
• Equipment Supporting Structures
• Technological Structures
• Conveyor Galleries
• Steel Shelters and Buildings
• Platforms, Walkways, and Access Structures
• Prepare structural design calculations, design reports, and material take-offs.
• Review and check structural drawings, fabrication drawings, and connection details.
• Perform structural analysis using software such as STAAD Pro, ETABS, Tekla, and AutoCAD.
• Ensure compliance with IS Codes, AISC, ASCE, and other applicable international standards.
• Coordinate with civil, mechanical, piping, and project teams for multidisciplinary engineering activities.
• Review vendor drawings and provide technical comments.
• Provide technical support during construction, fabrication, erection, and commissioning activities.
• Conduct site visits and resolve structural engineering issues during project execution.

Preferred candidate profile

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
• Master's Degree in Structural Engineering (Preferred)

Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience in structural engineering with a strong focus on steel structure design.
• Experience in Industrial, Petrochemical, Refinery, Chemical, Power Plant, or EPC projects.
