Senior Staff Engineer

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on technical design and architecture.
• High ownership mindset.
• Deep involvement in code reviews and maintaining a high code/design bar.
• Strong understanding of B2B SaaS architecture, especially in cloud and storage.
• Ability to influence the technical roadmap.
• Customer-focused thinking; understands real-world deployment and scalability.
• Strong engineering fundamentals (this role requires depth, not just leadership).
• Experience owning architecture for critical production infrastructure.
• Deep expertise in concurrency, distributed computing, reliability, performance, and fault tolerance.
• A history of driving technical strategy across multiple teams.
• Strong backend expertise in Go, Python, Java, C++, Rust, or similar languages.
