Senior Staff Engineer(Business Process Management, collibra)

REQUIREMENT:

• We are hiring for 6+ years of experience Workflow Development, BPM, or Collibra Development.
• Strong understanding of BPMN 2.0 and hands-on experience with Collibra Workflow Designer and workflow engine.
• Hands-on expertise in Groovy scripting for workflow customization and automation.
• Experience configuring and developing:
• Workflow Forms
• User Tasks
• Service Tasks
• Timers
• Events and Event Handling
• Strong experience working with Collibra REST APIs, including:
• Asset APIs
• Attribute APIs
• Relation APIs
• Responsibility APIs
• Good knowledge of JSON and XML data formats.
• Experience implementing OAuth 2.0 authentication and secure service integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with experience in:
• Workflow debugging
• Error handling
• Logging
• Production issue resolution
• Hands-on experience with Git, GitHub, and/or Azure DevOps for source control, CI/CD, and deployment practices.
• Understanding of Collibra Data Intelligence Platform (DIP) metamodel, responsibilities, permissions, and data governance processes.
• Experience working in Agile development environments is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Writing and reviewing great quality code
• Understanding functional requirements thoroughly and analysing the clients needs in the context of the project
• Envisioning the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements, and being able to define technologies, patterns and frameworks to realize it
• Determining and implementing design methodologies and tool sets
• Enabling application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities.
• Being able to lead/support UAT and production roll outs
• Creating, understanding and validating WBS and estimated effort for given module/task, and being able to justify it
• Addressing issues promptly, responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement
• Giving constructive feedback to the team members and setting clear expectations.
• Helping the team in troubleshooting and resolving of complex bugs
• Coming up with solutions to any issue that is raised during code/design review and being able to justify the decision taken
• Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements
