Senior Staff Engineer ( Azure Cloud and Azure AI Services)

REQUIREMENT:

• We are hiring experience in DevOps Architect, deploy, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Design cloud-native architectures aligned with enterprise security, performance, and compliance requirements.
• Operationalize and manage Azure AI Services and AI platform infrastructure.
• Secure AI endpoints, model deployments, and AI-powered services.
• Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications and backend architectures.
• Ensure scalability, availability, and governance of AI workloads.
• Design and implement end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Embed security controls, policy validation, vulnerability scanning, and compliance checks within deployment workflows.
• Drive DevSecOps adoption across engineering teams.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, application deployments, and release management processes.
• Build and manage enterprise container platforms using Docker and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Lead microservices deployment strategies, autoscaling, and workload orchestration.
• Implement service mesh, ingress management, observability, and cluster security best practices.
• Oversee Linux server administration and platform operations.
• Design and manage Azure networking components including VNets, DNS, Load Balancers, VPNs, NSGs, and ExpressRoute.
• Establish secure hybrid-cloud connectivity architectures.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, networking, and application issues.
• Implement GitOps methodologies for infrastructure and application deployments.
• Utilize declarative configuration management and infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to engineering teams.
• Mentor cloud engineers, DevOps engineers, and platform teams.
• Define cloud operating models, support strategies, and service reliability standards.
• Monitor platform performance, availability, cost optimization, and security posture.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver enterprise solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Writing and reviewing great quality code
• Understanding functional requirements thoroughly and analysing the clients needs in the context of the project
• Envisioning the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements, and being able to define technologies, patterns and frameworks to realize it
• Determining and implementing design methodologies and tool sets
• Enabling application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities.
• Being able to lead/support UAT and production roll outs
• Creating, understanding and validating WBS and estimated effort for given module/task, and being able to justify it
• Addressing issues promptly, responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement
• Giving constructive feedback to the team members and setting clear expectations.
• Helping the team in troubleshooting and resolving of complex bugs
• Coming up with solutions to any issue that is raised during code/design review and being able to justify the decision taken
• Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements
