We are looking for an experienced Senior SQL Developer to join our team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL programming, database design, query optimization, and performance tuning, with the ability to build and maintain scalable database solutions for high-performance enterprise applications.

• Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL Server databases for enterprise applications.
• Develop and optimize complex T-SQL queries, Stored Procedures, Functions, Views, and Triggers.
• Perform query optimization and database performance tuning to improve application performance and scalability.
• Design and maintain database schemas, tables, relationships, constraints, and indexes.
• Analyze execution plans and identify opportunities for query and database optimization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve database performance, data integrity, and production issues.
• Implement appropriate indexing strategies to optimize database performance.
• Collaborate closely with developers, architects, QA, and other technical teams to design efficient database solutions.
• Support data migration, data transformation, and database upgrade activities.
• Perform database maintenance, including backup, recovery, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure database solutions follow best practices for performance, scalability, security, and data integrity.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving database development standards and processes.
• Investigate and resolve complex SQL/database issues in production environments.

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Excellent knowledge of T-SQL and advanced SQL programming.

• Strong understanding of database design and normalization.
• Hands-on experience with query optimization and performance tuning.
• Good knowledge of execution plans, indexing, and query performance analysis.
• Experience with SQL Server Administration, including backup and recovery.
• Experience in data migration and data management.
• Strong understanding of database security and data integrity.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex database-related issues.

• Experience working with high-volume transactional databases.
• Exposure to database monitoring and performance analysis tools.
• Experience working in enterprise/product-based environments.
• Knowledge of Azure SQL Database or other cloud database technologies.
• Experience working with ETL/data integration processes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and database deployment practices.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot complex database issues.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional technical teams.
• Strong focus on code quality, performance, and maintainability.
