Senior Specialist - SAP-SAP S4HANA PP-PI

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned SAP S/4HANA PPPI subjectmatter expert with 58 years of experience to lead complex implementation projects. The role involves designing, configuring, and optimizing production planning and process integration solutions, collaborating with crossfunctional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of highquality SAP solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead fullcycle SAP S/4HANA PPPI implementation projects from blueprint to golive.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
• Configure PPPI modules, including Master Data, Planning, Execution, and Shop Floor Control.
• Perform system testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing.
• Provide expert guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and project teams.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design interfaces and data migrations.
• Identify and resolve functional gaps, proposing innovative SAP bestpractice solutions.
• Prepare and deliver client workshops, training sessions, and documentation.
• Monitor postgolive performance, delivering hypercare support and continuous improvement.
• Maintain uptodate knowledge of SAP S/4HANA releases and industry trends.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of handson experience in SAP S/4HANA PPPI implementation.
• Proven track record as a functional subjectmatter expert in production planning and process integration.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, shop floor control, and inventory management.
• Experience with SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery models.
• Excellent analytical, problemsolving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead crossfunctional teams.
• Relevant SAP certification (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate – PP) preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
