Senior Specialist - SAP-SAP S4HANA PP-PI

We are seeking a seasoned SAP S/4HANA PP-PI subject-matter expert with 5-8 years of experience to lead complex implementation projects. The role involves designing, configuring, and optimizing production planning and process integration solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of high-quality SAP solutions for our clients.

• 5-8 years of hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA PP-PI implementation.
• Proven track record as a functional subject-matter expert in production planning and process integration.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, shop floor control, and inventory management.
• Experience with SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery models.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
• Relevant SAP certification (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate - PP) preferred.
• Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).

• Lead full-cycle SAP S/4HANA PP-PI implementation projects from blueprint to go-live.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
• Configure PP-PI modules, including Master Data, Planning, Execution, and Shop Floor Control.
• Perform system testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing.
• Provide expert guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and project teams.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design interfaces and data migrations.
• Identify and resolve functional gaps, proposing innovative SAP best-practice solutions.
• Prepare and deliver client workshops, training sessions, and documentation.
• Monitor post-go-live performance, delivering hypercare support and continuous improvement.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP S/4HANA releases and industry trends.
