Senior Specialist - SAP-SAP HCM

Bristlecone India Limited seeks a seasoned SAP HCM Consultant to join our S4 HANA Functional - Delivery department. The role involves end-to-end delivery of SAP Human Capital Management solutions, from requirement gathering and system design to configuration, testing, rollout, and ongoing support. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure best-practice alignment, and drive continuous improvement of HCM processes in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM implementation and support.
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA HCM (OM, PA, Time Management, Payroll).
• Proven track record of delivering full-life-cycle SAP HCM projects.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery models.
• Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
• Relevant SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate - HCM).
• Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
• Fluency in English (both written and verbal).

• Gather and analyze business requirements for SAP HCM modules (OM, PA, Time, Payroll, ESS/MSS).
• Design and configure SAP S/4HANA HCM solutions to meet client specifications.
• Lead system integration, data migration, and testing activities (unit, integration, UAT).
• Provide on-site and remote production support, troubleshooting issues and implementing fixes.
• Develop functional specifications, configuration documents, and end-user training materials.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
• Conduct workshops and knowledge-transfer sessions for clients and internal teams.
• Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements for process optimization.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with Bristlecone delivery standards.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to practice development initiatives.
