Senior Specialist - Sales Support & Quotation (5-6 yrs)

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the Sales Support team, local teams, sellers, and partners for quotes creation, modification, and opportunity management.
• Mentor, lead, and develop a team of quotation specialists, managing and assigning daily tasks.
• Coach team members on submitting accurate quotes and collaborate with sellers to gather required inputs.
• Support Sales & Account Managers with pricing requests, deal structuring, and opportunity queries.
• Optimize and standardize the end-to-end quoting process while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Monitor and handle quote/opportunity escalations, consultations, and disputes.
• Oversee the quote approval process, tracking revisions, splits, and cancellations.
• Summarize quoting data and monitor volume trends across the APJ region.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Graduation in Business Administration (BBA/BBM) or a related field.
• Experience: 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in Sales Support / Quotation Operations.
• Tools: Hands-on knowledge of CRM/ERP tools like SFDC, SAP, Oracle CPQ, NGQ, or ASQ is highly preferred.
• Shift/Work Mode: 100% Work from Office (Mahadevpura, Bangalore).
• Notice Period: Maximum 15 days (Immediate joiners preferred).
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, documentation, and excellent verbal/written communication skills.
