Senior Specialist Sales Operations & Business Analyst

Job Purpose

Person will be responsible for managing sales operation , Managing business MIS , Preparing presentation , Coordinating between Dealer , Fabricator , plant sales & service and cross functional team ,tracking business performance and seam less communication .The Role will act as the central coordination point to improve execution , customer experience and decision making through timely data & follow ups

• Prepare daily ,weekly & monthly Business MIS report
  
  

Cross functional coordination

• Provide proactive order status to customer & channel partners
  
  

Sales support

• Support sales team with reports , order tracking & data analysis

Presentation & Reporting

• Prepare high quality PowerPoint presentation & support team with dashboard
