- Experience managing at least 3 IT implementation projects as Project Manager
- Experience handling large projects valued above INR 20 Crores
- Prior experience in Central Government, State Government, PSU, Banking, Financial Services, or Regulatory Body projects preferred
- Strong communication skills in English
