Responsibilities
- Lead requirement workshops and map processes to ServiceNow CRM capabilities case service operations order mgmt field service
- Configure CSMSOMFSM workflows assignments SLAs portalsworkspaces reporting
- Create demo narratives and reusable assets for CRM offerings support presales with solution walkthroughs
- Partner with Solution Architects and developers to translate functional design into build backlog
MustHave Skills
- 5-12 years overall
- 5+ years in ServiceNow with CRM domain exposure CSMSOMFSM
- Strong stakeholder management and documentation stories BRDs process flows
- Certifications
- Preferred CSA CISCSM andor CISFSM where applicable
