Senior Specialist, Full-Stack Engineer

Job Summary

We re seeking a future team member for the role of senior specialist full stack Engineer to join our Engineering team. This role is located in Pune.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, implement, and support scalable software applications and systems across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Build and maintain front-end and back-end solutions using modern programming languages, frameworks, APIs, and containerization technologies.
• Develop automated tests, participate in code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure adherence to quality, security, and performance standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, product owners, project managers, data engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative technology solutions and continuous improvements.
• Mentor junior developers, promote engineering best practices, and contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing, innovation, and technical excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• 2-6 years of software development experience with strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies and practices.
• Experience developing both front-end and back-end applications using technologies such as Java, C#, Node.js, JavaScript, Angular, HTML, CSS, and JSON.
• Experience with application development frameworks, test automation, containerization technologies, software troubleshooting, and cross-platform interoperability.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and organizational skills; experience within the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
